Supper Club: Dried Flower Wreaths & Brooms

Join Amy Potter for September's Supper Club at Middleburg Community Center Makers Space creating Fall Wreaths & Brooms!  Add a little Fall magic to your home with this festive dried flower craft creating your own wreath or broom.  Pariticpants can choose to either make a wreath or broom out of (mostly) locally grown dried flowers and materials. 

In all of Amy's workshops, she cultivates a supportive, fun, and inspired environment of creative exploration! She has one basic rule: no self-criticism! We are all creatives at heart and each of us expresses that creative heart in unique ways! The very act of creating IS the point, what we make is just a beautiful by-product of self-expression. So have fun, explore, make a fantastic mess....it's part of cultivating your creative soul!

In the workshop participants will:

• Make an take home a beautiful dried flower wreath or broom
• Receive guided instruction on contruction of wreaths/brooms and get tips on how to work with and care for dried flowers
• Enjoy a seasonal supper, with wine available for purchase (Most dietary restrictions can be accomodated)

Class is limited to 12 participants and must have a minimum of 8 participants to fill.

Workshop cost: $111

*Two discounted 'Helper' Tickets will be available for $66 for participants who would offer their help in setting up/breaking down. They must be availablable 30 mins prior to class and 30-40 mins after class to help clean up.

Class will be held in the Makers Space located on the third story (up two flights of stairs!) of the Middleburg Community Center. Unfortunately, it is not ADA accessible at this time, but please check back as we will be offering other workshops in the future that are.
