Summer Solstice Tea Ceremony (Afternoon Session)

Join Yukiko Amaya wisdom holder of Mother Earth and shamanic practitioner for a magical time of communion with the watery and illuminating energies of Litha, the Summer Solstice,  in a tea ceremony at the newly renovated Makers Space at the Middleburg Community Center*.  

Summer Solstice happens in the sign of Cancer – watery, intuitive, empathic – right before the Sun moves into Leo. It’s a powerful moment to feel the energy of the Sun softening the flow of water in our bodies, letting our emotions flow and cleanse. Water and Fire, connecting with Earth and Air. The invitation is to be in flow even as we ground. Tea Ceremony using living tea from ancient tea trees is a beautiful way to enter into that flow of wisdom coming from Earth and Air, tempered with Fire and Water to enter into us.
