Mindfulness can transform every day activities into a sacred experience simply by being present in our bodies. Taking the time to breathe and to be grateful can shift our present reality very quickly when we get overwhelmed with life's stressors. The bath or shower is a great time to bring the magic of mindfulness into a simple activity!! In this workshop, we'll create aromatic bath salts with essential oils that will not only help us take care of our bodies, but will also help create a sacred experience to connect with our highest selves more deeply. While crafting custom bath salts, we'll talk about how intentions can create magic out of the mundane.
