Mindfulness can transform every day activities into a sacred experience simply by being present in our bodies. Taking the time to breathe and to be grateful can shift our present reality very quickly when we get overwhelmed with life's stressors. The bath or shower is a great time to bring the magic of mindfulness into a simple activity!! In this workshop, we'll create aromatic bath salts with essential oils that will not only help us take care of our bodies, but will also help create a sacred experience to connect with our highest selves more deeply. While crafting custom bath salts, we'll talk about how intentions can create magic out of the mundane. The combination of salts with the essential oils can help cleanse and balance our bodies--physical, emotional, mental, spiritual--and restore a sense of wellness, but when we add magical intentions to the ritual of bathing, this every day ritual becomes a 'simply sacred' time to heal. Our hands are an extension of our heart chakra, so when we work with our hands to make something, we are infusing it with love. So come make some bath salts and love yourself a little more with this Simply Sacred Workshop! For those participants who don't enjoy taking baths, I will show you how to make salt scrubs instead!

Participants will take home one jar of custom crafted bath salts/scrub and will have the opportunity to make more than one blend for the additional fee of $10 per jar.
